• Oneplus 3/3T
• PC/Laptop
• adb tools
• and this time too a brain!

Steps

• Boot the device to bootloader mode
• Connect the device
• Open adb in cmd
• type adb devices(to check the device is connected)
• type fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
• reboot to twrp
• done!
